Standard & modified peptides
Specify the sequence and modifications such as terminal changes, phosphorylation, biotin or fluorescent labels.
PEPTIDE SYNTHESIS
Your sequence. Quality you can review.
From standard sequences to modified, labeled and cyclic peptides. Tell GENonLAB your purity, quantity and aliquot requirements for GenCefe feasibility review and quotation.
Consultation, quotation & order coordination: GENonLAB · Synthesis & analysis: GenCefe Biotech

DESIGNED FOR YOUR RESEARCH
Specify the sequence and modifications such as terminal changes, phosphorylation, biotin or fluorescent labels.
Discuss cyclization sites, disulfide bonds, non-natural amino acids and other structural requirements.
Discuss multi-sequence screening libraries and stable isotope-labeled peptides.
Feasibility depends on sequence length, hydrophobicity and modification combinations. Specialized requirements are reviewed before order confirmation.
QUALITY YOU CAN REVIEW
High-Performance Liquid Chromatography assesses purity. Review the chromatogram together with the analytical conditions.
Mass Spectrometry checks molecular weight. Compare the measurement with the theoretical mass of the requested sequence and modifications.
GenCefe describes HPLC and MS testing with Quality Control (QC) documentation for each peptide. The standard format is lyophilized powder; confirm final purity, quantity, aliquots and documentation with your quotation.
Purity and mass confirmation do not guarantee activity in a particular assay. Discuss any required functional testing in advance.REQUESTED SPECIFICATIONS
These options describe your requested specifications. Feasibility, final quantity and purity, price and lead time are confirmed after sequence and modification review.
Manufacturer-published capabilities include up to 180 amino acids, milligram-to-gram scales and purity above 98%. These are not guaranteed for every sequence; requirements outside the form options are reviewed individually.
A BETTER BRIEF, A CLEARER QUOTE
Provide the sample name and one-letter sequence from the N (amino) terminus to the C (carboxyl) terminus.
Describe the intended use, such as antigen preparation, binding analysis or cell experiments.
Specify milligrams and target purity for each sequence. Undecided requirements can be discussed during consultation.
Provide original notation for terminal changes, labels, cyclization sites and special amino acids.
Specify vial count, amount per vial, desalting and endotoxin-removal needs. Acceptance criteria and feasibility require separate confirmation.
Provide the required arrival date and delivery format. Domestic arrival includes manufacturing, international transport and customs clearance.
AFTER DELIVERY
Prepare aliquots for individual experiments. Follow product-specific storage temperatures and expiry guidance, and avoid prolonged storage in solution.
Sequences containing cysteine (Cys), methionine (Met) or tryptophan (Trp) need protection from oxidation. Let the sealed vial reach room temperature before opening to reduce condensation.
Check the product-specific solvent recommendation first. Without specific instructions, test a small amount in water and discuss a suitable solvent if dissolution is poor.
Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO), other organic solvents, acids and bases are not interchangeable across all sequences. Check oxidation sensitivity, final solvent concentration and assay compatibility before use.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Yes. Start with your objective, approximate length, quantity, purity, modifications and timing. Submit the online form once the specifications are defined.
The choice depends on your assay and tolerance for impurities. Higher purity can change purification difficulty and cost; include your experimental requirements.
No. GENonLAB reviews your requirements and provides a quotation, schedule and terms before the order is confirmed.
Purity and mass analysis are the core documentation. Confirm per-sample reports and additional analyses at quotation; biological activity or functional testing requires prior agreement.
